Ordering process

Your way to your individual Color Edition

1. Send us an inquiry with your personal data via the inquiry button - very simple and uncomplicated.
2. Tell us your desired model and size in the inquiry.
3. Add your personal wishes in the text field provided.
4. We will contact you to discuss all further details with you personally.
5. We will make you an individual offer with all details as well as your choice of paint.
6. Confirm the offer sent by us by mail.
7. We will send you your order confirmation with a request to pay the first installment for the design.
8. We will arrange a date with you and then together we will create your desired design.
9. If you wish, we can send you a paid painting sample.
10. After approval of your design and payment of the second installment, we create your custom bike.
11. Shortly before shipping we ask for payment of the final installment.
12. Upon receipt of payment, we will ship your custom bike directly to you.
